The Website Development Process

1. We collect information about our client's business and his proposed website and ask for the web addresses of any competitors.
2. We prepare a proposal that promotes the client's business taking into account local factors and specific requirements of the client. We then submit the proposal to the client for his consideration.
3. We ask the client to provide us with the content for each of the pages, both text and graphics where necessary in digital form.
4. After he has paid the deposit, we prepare a rough draft as a graphic.
5. After approval, we prepare a page skeleton as a web page and post it to a folder under Warthog, i.e. www.warthog.co.za/client. All subsequent drafts will be posted there for our client's perusal.
6. Using our client's information, we populate the website until the information is in place and it is fully functions.
7. We ask the client for the balance of the fees which includes the remainder of the deposit plus any additional work.
8. The website is then published within 24 hours to the final location and tested. If there are any forms/databases on the website, theses are then set up and tested.

Finally, we always keep a watching brief on our clients' websites and suggest improvements where necessary.

Our Website Maintenance Plan

If our client opts for our Maintenance Plan, we check his website monthly, the statistics and the search ranking against competitors. The search terms are refined and added to the website.
