• Reorganization of the content to include keywords relevant to that page. To a large extent, this is covered by Web Content Editing. Reference to the server logs of the site will reveal common keywords used by visitors.
• The addition of HTML code to the body that reflects the site and the subject matter.
• The use of META tag content to aid search indexing of the page. However, some major search engines do not use META tags.
• Periodic monitoring of the site ranking in major search engines using common keyword combinations. Where necessary, the optimization is adjusted to increase the ranking.
